Reclipped is a free, non-commercial place to clip products, arrange them into boards and share them. These terms are the ground rules. By using Reclipped you agree to them; if you don't, please don't use it.
You keep whatever rights you have in the photos, boards, comments and other things you add. To run Reclipped, you give us permission to store them, show them, and make the copies and resized versions that takes, to the people you chose: only you, your friends, everyone, or whoever you send a share link to, including the preview picture chat apps show for a link. That permission ends when you delete them, except for copies other people already made through sharing, such as a remix, and short-lived backups.
Clipping saves a product's photo, name, price and link so you can build boards with it. Those photos usually belong to the shop or brand. Keeping them in your own clips is fine; when you publish a board, you're responsible for having the right to share what's in it. Reclipped links back to where each item came from.
Reclipped only shows product photos that our users clip themselves, to put together boards. Every clipped item links back to your shop, and we never sell your photos, use them in ads, or claim them as ours.
If you'd rather a photo of yours wasn't on Reclipped, press ⚑ Report on the board and choose Copyright: it's my photo, or email reclipped@proton.me with a link to the board, which photo is yours, and how to reach you. We'll take it down promptly and tell the person who posted it why.
If a brand paid you, gave you something, or you earn from a link in a board, say so clearly in the board, for example with #ad or "gifted". Advertising law requires it, and it's fairer to everyone.
Moderators can hide boards, remove comments and close accounts that break these rules, and we'll tell you why. You can report a board or comment with its ⚑ Report button.
If you think a moderation decision about you was wrong, email reclipped@proton.me within six months and a person will look at it again.
If something on Reclipped uses your work without permission, or you believe it's illegal, email reclipped@proton.me with a link to it, what's wrong, and how to reach you. If it's your copyright, say what the work is and that you own it or act for the owner. We'll look at it promptly and remove it if it shouldn't be here, and we'll tell the person who posted it why.
The cut-out tools run in your browser and are for making boards on Reclipped. The part that recognises clothing for 👆 Pick and ✨ Auto cut is licensed for non-commercial use only; see open-source licences.
Reclipped isn't a shop and doesn't sell anything. Anything you buy through a clipped link is between you and that shop, on their terms.
The Reclipped name, logo and app belong to us. If you send us ideas or suggestions, we may use them freely, without owing you anything; thank you for them.
Reclipped is provided as it is, for free. We do our best, but can't promise it will always be available, error-free, or keep your data forever, so keep your own copies of anything important. Prices and details come from shops and may be out of date. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for losses from using Reclipped.
These terms fall under Dutch law. If you live elsewhere in the EU, you keep the consumer protections of your own country, and you can go to your own local courts.
We may update these terms as Reclipped changes; the date at the top says when. If a change matters, we'll say so in the app.
